While Pasco County has seen rapid growth in population over the past 30 years, their State Law Enforcement Radio System was still operating with the same structure designed in the 1980s. This left large areas of the county without coverage.

To bolster their service area, the county erected 6 new towers. Southeastern Towers was hired to outfit both the new and existing towers with new satellite dishes, antennas, and transmission lines. The result was a fortified system built for maximum building penetration and a new microwave backhaul system built to carry greater data loads with an increased fade margin.
